MassTrace provides spatial analytics hardware and software services that enable organizations to understand occupancy and movement patterns in physical spaces.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree to use MassTrace services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
MassTrace hardware remains the property of MassTrace until fully paid. You are responsible for the proper installation and maintenance of sensors.
You retain ownership of the data collected by your sensors. MassTrace may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers may negotiate specific SLAs.
MassTrace liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
